the room had three lamps, yet one was missing a bulb and another was burnt out, how charming. also, just one hand towel for my supreme needs? if only I had received a complimentary upgrade for enduring this nonsense, maybe I could ve write a good review. guess I’ll just have to settle for mediocre, like this hotel.

During my stay at Baymont By Wyndham Madisonville, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff. They were eager to assist, making my experience enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's location near a delicious steak restaurant was a delightful bonus.

Room cleanliness needs improvement.

Had a smooth check-in, and the front desk was super helpful in getting us a different room quickly when there was a mix-up. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax, and we also enjoyed lounging by the fireside pit in the evening. It would’ve been nice if the lamps in the room worked better, but it didn’t take away from the good vibe overall. 😊

The kids loved the pool area, and the outdoor space was perfect for playing after a long drive. Our room was spacious, accommodating our family comfortably. The staff was attentive, helping us with any requests we had, like extra towels and pillows.

My wife says that the breakfast timing could be improved for families, as there were long waits for food on busy mornings.

Solid selection for a short interlude in Madisonville with fantastic value for money. The easy early check-in allowed us to freshen up before the event. Consider asking for a room with a newly remodeled floor for a better experience.
